The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

A footpath leads straight from the garden to the South Downs Way and exceptional walking/cycling. Oak Lodge has all the creature comforts of home and is ideal for those who like the idea of camping, but who don't like the thought of all those creepy crawlies in the tent! The self-catering lodge sleeps a family of 5-6 people with 1 double bed, 2 bunks and a sofa-bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult). Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
