A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Palm studio is a relaxed private suite within 90 seconds walk of Takapuna beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance plus supermarket and launderette close by. Queen bed with Wallace Cotton bed linen. 2m shower in the modern bathroom. Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave and tea making facilities, plus an iron. Tv screen to cast your favourite movie or series. Car parking on street, however luggage can be dropped off in driveway.

Come and stay in our lovely cosy garden studio in Northcote. Here you will find a very clean and comfortable single room and private bathroom to enjoy. Our guests have commented on how comfy the bed is, how light, bright and clean the room is as well as the convenience of the location. We are a 1 min walk to a bus stop with frequent busses to the city (15 min) or other areas on the north shore.
