Marvelous 2B/2B terrace super close to the Beach

This is an art deco building located on Miami Beach Collins and 26th on the beach. Located next to the EF International Language Center and near by the Convention Centre. BUILDING HAS NO PARKING. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and a huge parking lot right across which is free from 3 am till 9am, the rest of the time you can pay it with the parking app. A couple of super markets about 50 meters away, one of them has amazing food already prepared, specially lunch!!!!
