Les Acacias, cottage** * is located 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from the lakes of Annecy and Bourget and 45 minutes from the ski resorts of Semnoz and Margeriaz. The house is on the side of the mountain, surrounded by greenery and close to hiking trails. The newly renovated 40 m2 apartment with eco-friendly materials is very pleasant and tastefully decorated. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the countryside on a pleasantly renovated farmhouse, everything is new. Wooden Tinyhouse, everything was handmade, from the structure to the furniture, with lots of reclaimed materials. Charming, sublime views of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa,desk, large kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a bed and net to go to the terrace, on the roof of the house. Nordic bath/jacuzzi not included in the nightly rate. 25 mins from Annecy 20 mins from Aix les Bains 8 mins from the mountain of Cessens with sublime views of Lake Aix
