Only 3 hours from Paris with many famous chateaux in easy driving distance, Stuart and Patrick have created an oasis of calm. Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok). The pool, the playground are to be shared with my family.

Studio in a private house.

The studio is on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (outdoor staircase). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.

Horseback riders and nature lovers come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our cottage created in the outbuilding of our house. It is located in the countryside in the heart of our stables and horse breeding (we do not offer rides). Nearby (3 km) is the Horse and Donkey Center. You can also visit castles, abbeys, gardens... In the summer season enjoy music festivals.
