The apartment is near the town of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 25€/3h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

A landscaped neighborhood of a house for your convenience: a patio with deck chairs and bath tubs in the summer, a porch with heated water for spring and fall days, outdoor seating on a partially covered patio next to a small pond, a barbecue or roast area. And planted greenery everywhere around. It was very important for my guests to experience the quality and comfort of the view and the perspective of their own.

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. The cottage is in the Podťaté Valley, a listed area. It was built for recreational purposes in the 1960s and was the first weekend house in the area.
