Modern apartment built in the year 2022 peaceful and well-located. Located a 5-minute walk from the center of Vila da Madalena and the catering and Bars spaces. The Balnearic Zones of the Village are close by as well as public transportation. In the vicinity of the Apartment there are grocery areas and also the Centro de Saúde do Concelho There are 4 tennis courts in the area ( 2 in the campsite where there is also a Bar and the others in the Jardim dos Mariços area right in the center of the Village).

It's a two story home. Bottom apartment is where I will be staying. Upstairs apartment will be for guests. Huge master bedroom with queen size bed for two people and two extra rooms that accommodate two people each at a lower rate of €10 per night each person. Fully equipped kitchen. Wrap around porch on two sides of home good for sitting or even having breakfast. Apartment and bedroom very spacious. Nice living-room for just relaxing and watching TV.
