Beautiful duplex studio in the attic of a converted former barn. Via a separate entrance you can reach the studio on the 1st floor. The open plan living room offers a corner for reading, a kitchen-living room, a fireplace and, of course, a dining table. The sleeping gallery with double bed can be reached via a staircase. The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a seating bath. The house is located in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

I rent out my small and beautiful apartment in quiet Lorch. Ideal for people who are either business or also when traveling and are looking for a clean and lovingly maintained apartment.
