My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Our cozy house with large garden is located directly on the edge of the forest in the middle of the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, only 50 km from Berlin's center. The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large kitchen-living room, a fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming spots and outdoor swimming pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

Comfortable and cozy living in beautiful surroundings guarantees relaxation and a holiday to feel good. The apartment was furnished in 1997 and continuously renovated. In the house there is another apartment, as well as our own apartment. Theodor Fontane already devoted himself to Friedersdorf in the volume "Das Oderland" in his "Wanderungen durch die Mark Brandenburg". Friedersdorf is ideal for hiking and cycling tours to explore Märkische Schweiz and Oderbruch.
