Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

The apartment is located 600 meters away, on the heights of Stresa, in a quiet and sunny place. Enchanting view of our lakes. Close to the Mottarone ski slopes, 2 golf courses. 10 minutes from the landing to the Borromeo Islands and 10 minutes from the A.26 Carpugnino highway exit. Large living room, terrace, to choose from the intimacy, the views, the large rooms and the kitchen. My place is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families (with children).

In particular, from the terrace in the living area, you can look out over the lake and its three islands; here, you can have lunch while enjoying the view.
