Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Adorable summer house nestled in nature

The small former laundry house of an old farmhouse from 1716 invites everyone who loves the Allgäu to enjoy the wonderful nature. The popular Iller bike path is just a few hundred meters away. The newly renovated wooden cottage can accommodate 1-2 people. It consists of a small Bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide) and a small Kitchen and a spacious bathroom with underfloor heating. Enjoy the beautiful evening sun on the wooden veranda in the neighborhood of a carp and frog pond.

A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space.
