Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

I reside on the premises and you enter through the front door of the house. Just a few steps down to the garden level to a separate, private (locked) space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like your own laundry, kitchenette, bathroom, even a cozy gas fireplace in the living area. It’s It’s in a quiet neighborhood about 3.5 mi. to Old Town Fort Collins and 4.5 to CSU. I will be there to greet you and show you the space on arrival so please let me know an ETA between 5-9 PM

The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, sofa, sitting chairs,TV, table, and queen size air bed.
