Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes you will sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Herring Fleet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingen beach (5 min.) or the Norwegian beach (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not far away. The popular tourist city of Rotterdam is only 25 minutes by car.
