It was important to us to maintain the original character and combine it with today's living comfort. Regionality, sustainability and individuality were our compass. My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left behind regarding the location. The property is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is nice for couples and business travelers. Private staircase.

Fantastic apartment for up to 2 people directly in the beautiful fishing village of Ditzum. The tasteful furnishings in our apartment ensure a feel-good holiday. Our apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the fishing port. It is located with a balcony facing south, accessible via a spiral staircase.
