Simple and cozy basement apartment with nice view

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Great apartment with short distance to public transport and national ski resorts. 10 min walk to Holmenkollen Park Hotel. The location is excellent for enjoying the view of Oslo and the Oslo fjord and to go for forest walks. The tube will take you to Oslo city centre in 20 min. The apartment was decorated in 2021 on the ground floor of a classic villa in Holmenkollen. Projector with chromecast. Wifi. Own entrance. Heating cables in the floor. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave.

Lovely apartment with free parking on site.

Apartment with 4 places to sleep and free parking at the place. You can easily walk to Holmenkollen, wich is a very nice walk. Bus stop is a 100 meters away from the place, it takes maybe 3 or 4 minutes to walk there. The bus goes straight into town. You also have a table and a nice place to sit outside. There are also nice hiking trails to go on a walk from the place. You also have a place called bogstad where you can go for a swim wich is about 20 minutes away, walking distance.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
