Charming 50s Style Cottage with a modern touch. Located on a quiet street in Old Hobe Sound. Steps to the Indian River and close to the beach ( 1.2 Mi.) New King Size bedding. Tropical "Zen" Garden in back. The heated pool is in a very private setting next to the cottage. Newly remodeled Bathroom, New Flooring throughout, and a new Mini-Split, Air Conditioner. The entire cottage is freshly painted. The cottage is half a block from the train tracks. This is part of the old Florida charm.

This comfortable one bedroom has everything you need for two people. If you like to cook at the home the kitchen is fantastic and well stocked with everything you need. The counter is situated with two barstools and dimmed lighting. Out the backdoor is a private patio and grill to use. Property is a duplex in a safe quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to downtown. The house is professionally maintained with a cleaning crew and handyman. 1 small pet allowed with approval.

Central to Stuart, Hobe Sound and Jupiter. Great shopping and dining in both towns. Awesome beaches on Jupiter Island just 6 minutes away, Jupiter Inlet and Hutchinson Island. You'll find great tourism spots all around as well. Our house is totally updated in the last 2 years, you'll be comfortable while you stay here. We have an enclosed patio to hang out in fresh air, bbq and dine out there as well.
