Beautiful, bright and quiet apartment (34 sqm living space and 20 sqm terrace) in the Old Town North. The apartment is super central. Metro and S-Bahn station Hansaring (with direct connection to the airport and the fair) is about 3 minutes away and the main train station about 7 minutes on foot. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 persons. In the immediate vicinity there are nice Cologne pubs and many restaurants as well as shopping. Tips on the surroundings can be found in German and English in the apartment.

Schöner Holzboden, neues Boxspring Bett, neues Bad, neue Küche. Gute Internetverbindung. In der Nähe von zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und einem Supermarkt. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Flughafen (17 Minuten mit der Bahn), 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, S und U-Bahn sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Dusche ist neu gefliest.

Nice living in the south of Cologne

South of the medieval gates of Cologne in the south city is this room with its own entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor (only cargo elevator) quietly out to the yard and has a spacious balcony. The room is for a person's stay. I only rent to individuals.
