A wonderful place to stay in Guatemala, located across the street from Señora Pu's and around the corner from a delightful coffee shop, with a view of the National Palace. Loved every minute of my stay.

This apartment exceeded all of my expectations. The photos on the website were accurate. The apartment is located in easy walking distance to restaurants and major sights in Guatemala City. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Guatemala City.

Great place. Parking was easy to find. I suggest, if your not used to loud cities, bring some earplugs. No fault of the host or space at all, but it was pretty loud. (This coming from country Canadians, were very used to silence). I would stay here again in a heart beat though! Awesome restaurant right on the corner too!

Sara was an absolutely wonderful and responsive host. The apartment was sparkling clean and perfect location. She let us know we could check in super early which was so helpful and responded to all of our questions while we were there. We would absolutely stay here again and no place else next time we go.

Juan and Diana’s apartment is absolute comfort and impeccably designed. We had one night to spend here, arrived late, tired and needing to rest. Check-in with the doorman was super easy. We entered easily and relaxed into the comfort of the apartment. The bed was so comfortable!!! Seriously, king-size heaven. Bathroom has a great shower and was sparkling clean. I also love those terra-cotta clay water filters they have in the kitchen for delicious and abundant water. One thing to note, above and beyond how wonderful the apartment is, is how wonderfully helpful, kind and considerate Juan is. We were on the brink of being stuck in Guatemala after the boarder was just closed, and Juan was helping us with the news, checking the flights and extended us curtesy beyond what is expected from an airbnb host. Truly a wonderful guy!!! We definitely want to live in that apartment, but luckily we were able to leave with great memories and a bit of adventure!!! Please do not hesitate to stay here, it’s a no brainer!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at GUATELINDA! We got into Guatemala City very late at night and had a quick, <20 GTQ Uber ride from the airport. I felt very safe as there was security and many cameras around the premise. We got Uber Eats delivered straight to "city haus". It was an easy check-in with easy access into the apt. The apt was spotless and the decorations and wall-art were a nice touch. The shower was hot with good water power and the bed was very comfortable. We even got to do a load of must-needed laundry. The hosts were very responsive to my questions. I wish we got to stay longer as they were fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and tupperware needed for a long stay.

This is a clean place in a good location. Not big, but a perfect crash pad for entering and leaving the city. It is also in zone 4, which is cool, hip, and safe... should you want to spend time in Guatemala City. Also has digital locks that make checking in and out seamless. Thank you Andrea!

Harry's place is everything as pictured, plus! The staff downstairs are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing; and a courtyard outside with beautiful garden! It's a nice quiet place to sleep peaceful with very comfortable beds. This place is close to everything you may need, plus many city attractions. Harry goes the extra mile to provide extra amenities than your average Airbnb.

It is a stay in the picturesque area 1 in Guatemala City. It is self check-in very easy instructions and the place is safe. It is very easy to move from this room and Guatemala City has Uber and they are very economical. You can go to Antigua by public bus, and you will always find places to eat or drink near this stay. 100% recommended.

Jose and Carmen are beautiful souls. Truly caring and helpful individuals. They are currently working on bringing their new hostel to life and I can’t wait to see how it comes along. I spent two nights with them and we had a lot of fun. They are so open and trusting as well. Book with them and you will have the time you need. I know I’m coming back every time I’m in Guatamala city. In fact that will be in less than two weeks!

José and Carmen are the perfect hosts, so friendly and have so much knowledge about the area. The place was clean and everything we needed, a bonus was the very entertaining cat. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Would happily recommend staying with José and Carmen to everyone!

The place is just as it looks in the photos. Comfortable bed, good and hot shower, washing machine and drier is a huge bonus! Location is great, only a couple of streets from the plaza, plenty of places to eat close by and supermarkets. Kitchen has very basic utensils but everything we needed. The apartment block front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful, also made the place feel very secure. Check in is quick and straight forward. Carolina was very efficient with her info and always quick to reply. Overall great stay and value for money.

Carolinas place is exactly as pictured if not better! It was very stylish, clean, and comfortable after a long trek to Guatemala from the US. I highly recommend it because it was so worth the price!

A very stylish studio in a former Ritz Hotel. Building has been completely remodeled and is very stylish. Secure location with key card access to elevator as well as security guard and concierge. A block away from pedestrian shopping and parks. Felt very safe there, even if area south has unsafe reputation. Host was very responsive and friendly. If you want to be right in the heart of the historical district, this is the place. No parking on premises, so be aware that if you drive, you need to seek paid parking nearby.

Small and beautiful apartment located on the seventh floor within a secure apartment complex. Well equipped and with a great location near the Historic Center of Guatemala City. Carolina was an excellent hostess and maintained very good communication at all times.

Carolina's place is great, it's in the very center of the city, one block from the main avenue. The building is quite safe and the check-in and check-out process is excellent. On the terrace of the building there is a nice restaurant with a view and all the main attractions of Guatemala City are within walking distance.

Very stylish space with great attention to detail. This space feels like a high-end hotel with plush towels, comfortable bed and linens, good pillows, and a nice little kitchen. The loft is in a 6 unit building in a nice location for exploring Zone 10 on foot. Oakland Mall and the Design District are all within a 5 minute walk. It feels very comfortable to spend time in the space.

Rodrigos place was very nice and industrial looking. There are lots of places to eat around the studio. We only stayed one night after flying into Guatemala City. We had a little trouble finding the place and the hot shower needed resetting but rodrigo was quick to communicate and pick up the phone even though it was late at night. He was courteous too which makes a big difference. Working fridge and microwave and a water filter was nice. There are no shampoo or soap provided so bring your own. Towels were available but very thin.

This is my second time at Rodrigo's apartment and the stay was good again. The apartment is very basic with respect to amenities but the location is right inside Cuatro Guadro Norte : next to La Esquina. This makes it very convenient and safe to walk around for restaurants, bars and cafes. Rodrigo was quick in his responses and I enjoyed my stay there.

It is nice and close to the airport!

This cute little apartment is located in a very safe area. They have guards inside and out, and they take your safety seriously. Though I only stayed for one night, the unit was gorgeous (exactly as listed in the pictures). Rodrigo and Edna were fast in responding and were simply great hosts. There is a mall near by that you can walk to (and as a solo traveler- I felt very safe) that has good restaurants and several little stores to get basics. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food and coffee. Tastefully decorated and shower had constant hot water with excellent pressure (which is rare in Guatemala). I hope to return soon and recommend to other guests.

The location was great. Not far from the airport, close to the main boulevard to walk to other zones or catch the bus. Plenty of coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants in the area with several coffee shops within a five-minute walk. Felt comfortable traveling alone and wifi worked great. Would only note, the restaurant on the ground floor starts up pretty early in the morning if you're a light sleeper. So you'll want to use the unit's earplugs or bring your own.

Piero's space is incredible, it has beautiful details, a wonderful view that will undoubtedly relax you. The location is extraordinary. You have options to visit and eat. The colony is quiet and safe. Fully recommended besides Piero very attentive always.

Piero’s place is a very good place, perfectly located in the commercial district of CDGT (Guatemala City). The place works fine for a couple but would be ideal for a single visitor who likes reading, writing or playing Piero’s guitar. UBER takes a little bit longer if you order it at the very front door, but you can easily walk less than a mile and get it faster from the main St. (Diagonal 6). Consider if you have a heavy luggage or any disability, about 20 tight steps going down and up to get to the loft. We had a great experience. We would definitely come back!

Great place located close to entrance of Antigua. Be sure to understand that this room does not have a Window and it states so on the description. I would recommend the rooms with the windows as it has more air circulation. Also try the coffee shop. I had the breakfast once due to the schedule conflict and it was delicious. The garden area is zen! I woke up to the birds chirping in the morning. Staff was very nice and polite.

A beautiful, affordable space within easy walking distance of everything in Antigua, but just outside of the noisy parts so it was relaxing to spend time in the room. The complimentary breakfast is served to order at the cafe in the building, and is delicious!

We really enjoyed Jess's place! The breakfast every morning was delicious and we loved watching the sunset on the rooftop. For the amount you pay, the value is great!

Perfect for a stopover in Guatemala City. The only small limitation that Arnold cannot change: Most of the day the pool is in the shadow of the building. Arnold is a perfect host. He always responded very quickly to our requests and before our arrival he sent a very detailed description of how to check-in as well as very useful information about taxis in Guatemala City. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by him, his wife and children.
