NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

Modern and very well equipped apartment in Brannenburg in the Inn Valley. The apartment is easily accessible from a traffic point of view. 3 minutes from the highway (you don't hear) and 10 minutes walk from the train station... Many hiking destinations, swimming lakes and climbing areas attract visitors. Guesthouse Paradies Samerberg - a magical place.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unrestricted views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local wood were built completely free of pollutants. A place of letting go, of breathing. With private garden and south-west terrace. The cottage has a large living room with carpenter's kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with spring mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with shower.
