What a beautiful location and property. The house was extremely clean, well stocked, and a great value. Janna communicated quickly and was a fantastic hostess. We had a great time enjoying the lake and hope to be back soon!

What a wonderful space this is! Janna is immediately and pleasantly responsive to all questions or issues. The property is private and the view of the lake is spectacular. We were greeted with a lovely autumnal display on the vast and welcoming screen porch: a vase of fresh flowers, a Day of the Dead succulent planter, and some gourds decorated the table. Janna thoughtfully left dog bowls and dog biscuits to welcome our canine companion. Many items that I did not expect to find were available, such as shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, tea and coffee, condiments. There were a variety of pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven/stove, but no microwave, which was only an issue because my arthritic old lady dog needs hot packs warmed up. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small for the largest among us, which is fairly common in cabins. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I was taking an art class at Snow Farm not 10 minutes away, so it was immensely convenient. The only unintended complication was my reluctance to spend so much time away from this lovely lake home and Janna's unfailing hospitality.

This spot is incredibly lovely. The little private beach is perfect for kids to enjoy and adults to sit and relax. We made S'mores at the fire pit and admired the stars from the hammock.

Beautiful peaceful spot. This is a great lakeside experience. It's set up so you can easily take out kayaks, canoe, and have a outdoor fire at night. Janna provides everything you need for a great experience. I highly recommend it!

Janna's place is exactly as described and pictured. Everything is a little bit dated but is otherwise very clean and cozy. The outdoor space was beautiful and made better by having access to kayaks, a canoe, and a very comfortable hammock. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

The lake house is cozy and charming with plenty of amenities. The lake is a dream with all sorts of water activities available. There's a floating dock, canoes, kayaks, fire pit, hammock. You will come back from this visit completely at one with nature and yourself. The host is always available and very friendly, but gives you your space. Just... Wonderful!

Janna's place is gorgeously sited on the lake, absolutely true to the pictures, and it was a total delight to watch sunrise over the water from the terrace, then kayak quietly out in to the stillness and calm from the private beach. The lake is a manageable size for kids to kayak the entire and explore downriver a bit into the woods. Kids who swim will appreciate the warm summer lake water and floating deck too! Janna was courteous, prompt and helpful with all our enquiries.

We have been coming to the Northampton area several times a year for the past 4 years to getaway from the city. It turns out, the Three Sisters Sanctuary is actually one of the greatest places around and we had never heard of it until recently searching for AirBnBs in the area. We 100% recommend going to the backyard and enjoying it thoroughly. This is a gem that we have not in found in the 49 states that we have visited. We enjoyed our stay at Richard's AirBnB. It was exactly as described. The house was comfortable and clean. Perfect for a weekend stay. We enjoyed all the art throughout the house. The amazing gardens were a peaceful escape. Richard was very responsive prior to our arrival and provided some great restaurant ideas which were all top notch. We would stay at Richard's place again without hesitation. Amazing place for couples or to bring friends. Just wow!!!

Our stay at the Three Sisters Sanctuary was peaceful, healing, and a truly beautiful experience. The house, much like the sanctuary itself, is a work of art. My wife and I were amazed at the incredible character crammed into every inch of the space. It was inspiring to see how much thought Richard put into the interior design. Aside from the aesthetic, the house had everything we needed. I only needed to inquire once about the location of a kitchen pan. Richard immediately popped over to show us where we could find it. Richard is a wonderful host and absolutely a pleasure to speak with. He really cares about making your stay special. It was beautiful even in the snow and we look forward to returning in the spring.

Three Sisters Sanctuary makes for a perfect getaway. Especially if you have the opportunity to wander the property at night, it is perfectly silent and the sky is incredible. Richard attended to our every need and we would be lucky to stay again.

What a beautiful and unique spot to stay! It was a comfortable, quiet retreat after a day of sight-seeing! Richard was very kind and informative. We had the pleasure of a quick conversation upon arrival. The garden is amazing. Spaced out and quiet, with individual spots to recollect. The apartment itself was just enough privacy. Very clean and accomodating. My husband and I plan on revisiting in the summer!

A wonderful stay at the lovely grounds Richard has created. The apartment was meticulously clean, and the perfect place to relax, reconnect with friends, and to unwind after enjoying the area and skiing. We had a cold snowy weekend at the sanctuary, but Richard quickly cleared all the snow and provided a warm, cozy retreat. Richard's place was absolutely beautiful and unlike anywhere we'd stayed before. My boyfriend and two friends of ours were in town for a nearby bike race in Northampton for the weekend and Richard's place was the perfect place to call home. We loved settling in early there - it's super cozy and thoughtfully laid out. The space and grounds are unbelievably special and unique - we'd never before stayed somewhere like this! So many things stood out - the lovely old stove, all the woodwork, and the amazing art, to name a few. It was incredibly convenient to where we needed to be and was easy to find, and Richard was lovely to communicate with. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time there to truly explore and appreciate all of the hard work that Richard has put in. We'll absolutely look to stay here again!

If you love art and Arts and Crafts decor this is a must visit. As comfortable as it is interesting. Bring your own ground coffee, but there this a Mr. coffee with filter that did a fine job with our morning brew. If your heart is set on the upstairs bedroom, that is amazing, bring a light suitcase to carry up. Nice central location for any number of tourist things and of course visit his unique sanctuary grounds. Richard was helpful in person and had a nicely organized 3 ring binder filled with stuff that could probably answer most questions. We will be back in warmer weather when the plants are blooming, it must be spectacular.

This was our second time at Steve and Marie's. Once again, we were delighted with our stay. They provided everything we could've possibly needed and the house is adorable with a beautiful view. We're looking forward to a warm weather trip!

Great to use kayaks! Awesome lake that leads to state park trails at the end. Comfortable bed. plenty of stuff in kitchen to cook. free coffee and fresh cinnamon rolls. water bottles provided. Very clean. You do have to meet the host to check in and run through everything and sign a contract and their house is quite close.

Steve and Marie supported our stay with generosity and enthousiasm. The cabin was clean and well outfitted with everything we needed for a cozy fall stay. Steve welcomed us personally to walk us through the property along with sharing recommendations for the area and answer our questions. He was available to support us thoughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay together.My wife and I stayed in Goshen to experience the foliage (beautiful views from the deck) with our 2-month-old and made memories we won't soon forget.

Wonderful, lovely space for 1-2 people, very clean! Very comfortable! Extra touches of organic food on the shelves and in the refrigerator. Great location - 10 min. walk to downtown.

We had a wonderful time at Justin’s place. We just stayed for the night, but would’ve loved to stay longer. The place is super cozy and cute, close to all the whole spots in town. Justin also provides quite a few food staples which is very generous we made a nice breakfast, and he gave some great advice. good hikes in the area!

My boyfriend and I planned a two week snowboarding trip. This was our second stop, and we stayed one night. As home renovators, we loved the design and thoughtful features throughout this little apartment. Nice glassware, an assortment of teas, and coffee are available. The host was quick to respond to my messages. The only negative I would say is the incredibly tiny bathroom sink that was virtually unusable. We used the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and perform our facial hygiene. Also, there is not a washer and dryer present within the apartment (just an FYI).

Terrific overnight stay at Justin's place. Snug, clean, and simple. A perfect spot from which to launch our ski day.

The space was very cute. I chose it because I liked the loft and it was exactly what I expected it to be. There was local/organic food in the kitchen area, which was a very thoughtful touch. Justin has snowshoes outside which we did not use but I thought was a cute idea. It is walkable to the downtown area. I would return here for another trip.

Jill's place is peaceful and rustic. I wanted to stay in the country a bit as I was looking to relax with my daughter as she was getting ready to start school in nearby Northampton. Not only was the stay relaxing, but Jill is also a great host. Our rooms were clean, peaceful and comfortable -- we slept well. Jill knew of a nearby swimming hole and so off I went to go swimming...it was an awesome stay. I could have stayed in town but found the peacefulness of Jill's place to be more desirable, I was not disappointed. For a relaxing stay, this is your place.

Wonderful experience! Highly recommended place to stay because Jill is just so nice to offer help! Here is not the grand type of housing places, but the warm cabins with homemade art crafts and decorations are really adorable. One problem could be little flying bugs flying around but they were not annoying at all except for some mosquitos. Good place to experience nature and local hospitality! A little gem in a Western, Ma backyard. Perfect for a quick getaway for some quiet time.

One of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve had. Stacey is a seasoned host and accurately describes what the experience is like. The little wood-burning stove pumps out a ton of heat for warmth and cooking. The composting toilet is easy (and fun) to use. There are a bunch of other minor details about this place that make it perfect for a relaxing weekend away; not least of which are the beautiful, quiet woods that surround the Just Be Cabin. I can’t wait to be back here.

We had a great winter weekend in this cabin. It was plenty warm with the wood stove and on a nice piece of land. We had a little difficulty getting out of the snowy driveway with our prius (no snow tires) but before we even asked for help, Stacey was there with some sand to save us.

Just Be cabin is a perfect place to step away from the stressors of work and life. Here you can re-discover the peacefulness of living simply and gently on the earth.

My friend and I had a fabulous stay in this very cute and cozy cabin! There’s no running water, but they do have a composting toilet and supply you with water jugs for drinking and washing dishes. The wood stove gave us plenty of heat to keep us warm during the chilly January nights, and we cooked all our meals on top of it (they also have a hot plate of you didn’t want to use the stove). It was basically fancy camping, glamping if you will. I would definitely recommend!

This cabin was much better than expected! It was nice and warm when we got there (thanks to Stacey) and it is just the coziest and most peaceful place ever! Would definitely go there again!

I loved staying in the Blue Room in Athena's home. I felt welcome, safe and cared for. I appreciated the feeling of privacy and rest that the private room provided. The room is exactly as described and as it appears in Athena's photos. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the sunlight in the room is beautiful, the shared bathroom is fine. Parking is no stress, as you just park in back of the house. A restaurant and a good coffee shop are right around the corner, a two-minute walk away and it's an easy 10-minute walk to the main streets of town. Athena is lovely, friendly, positive, relaxed, welcoming, kind. I would stay with her again.

Athena is warm and communicative! Check-in was a breeze and her home is extremely conveniently located to downtown Northampton. I'll definitely be back!

Athena's house is magical! It is just around the corner from Joe's Pizza House, which my son loves to visit. It is a charming house, very comfortable and clean and Athena is the best host. We keep returning to her every time we visit Northampton.

Jill's home was the perfect getaway in the country! The secluded property was serene and welcoming. The comfy living room allowed us to read, make music, play cards, and really enjoy each other's company. And Jill was an extremely gracious and informative host--her welcome was very warm and she made sure all was well for us. Would certainly return for another visit in the future!

Virginia's place was perfect for our visit to the Northampton MA area. The apartment is light-filled, spacious, and clean -- with everything you would want to enjoy your time there. Incredible amenities aside, there is just something about Ginny's place that is unlike any other. I guess maybe it's the art and beautiful color in every room? The history evident in the building? The spacious common room? huge windows? In any case, it was a DREAM to spend time there for 2 nights. Quiet yet near all necessities a block away.

This was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The fireplace was cozy and the rain shower and tub were amazing! Beautiful and stylish space that were a luxury to be in! The space is very lovely–exposed beams and brick and remnants of the original architectural details. Virginia has decorated it tastefully and included nice touches, such as yoga mats, an electric tea kettle, and a record player (!). The shower is amazing and I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy a soak in the tub. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm enough on a cold winter night.

Ginny was very responsive and has created a lovely environment for her guests. Clean, cozy and charming. Deep tub and steam shower are amazing. Beds are comfortable. A few minutes walk to an amazing pie shop and Miss Florence Diner. Quick drive to NOHO. Great value. Will definitely be back.

This is an amazing find! Offstreet parking, spacious rooms, all the amenities, walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Loved everything about the space, will definitely stay again!

The location is ten minutes from downtown, and has that “out-in-the-country” feel. Rachael and David are thoughtful hosts, providing great towels, a comfy bed and coffee in the morning. The house is easy to get to via GPS. The bedroom and bath are around the corner from the dining room, and are quite private from the rest of the house. There is a small heater in case the room gets too cool (it did; it’s winter after all!), but the lovely sheets and coverlet kept me warm and toasty. There is a refrigerator where I could store the food I brought, and they were very amenable to my quick use of their microwave. A great spot!

Rachael and David welcomed us into their home for a wonderful stay. We had our own hallway, bedroom, and bathroom. The location is just beautiful, right on the edge of a meadow and forest, so perfect for getting away from the sounds and lights of the city. But also just a 10 min drive to town! I woke up to the sounds of many diverse birds and it made me so happy. Also the sky at night was breathtaking— so clear and filled with stars! Rachael and David had to leave in the morning but they prepared an amazing breakfast for us! They also left clear instructions for our stay and a list of places to eat in town. Their cats, Lola and Sophie, were so sweet and adorable. Everything we needed was provided and it felt so cozy. I loved the selection of books!! Rachael and David made us feel so welcome . We would like to return in the summertime to stay again!!

Annie’s Place is an cozy apartment. It’s an easy walk into town. Everything was beyond spotless and communication with Cathy was easy. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and Cathy made it clear that she was accessible 24/7. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a home away from home.

Wonderful tranquil setting not far from Northampton and a beautiful, thoughtfully re-designed house with a very comfortable atmosphere and a kind host. The best night's sleep I've had in a long time! As an artist, I can appreciate the creative touches Lani has included in the decor and her use of color and lighting. In colder months radiant heated floors are a delight to walk on with socks or barefoot.

My stay at Lani's ranked among the best of my 6 airbnb experiences (which have all been very positive!). It was certainly the cleanest . Also, Lani is quite friendly and a very clear communicator. I arrived an hour later than planned due to a tooth emergency, and Lani was quite understanding. She made me feel at home right away. The house combines exquisite, uncluttered taste with supreme comfort and yes, total cleanliness.

I loved how easy it was to communicate with Lani- she went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Her home is sparkling clean and everything about checking in and getting settled was so easy. I felt at home right away. Highly recommend!

Diane was warm and welcoming and was kind enough to offer suggestions of places to get dinner before the show. Its a cute studio that is completely private. Would recommend staying here.

Perfect setting for peak foliage viewing in the Berkshires! Picked the cute Casita for a quick 2 night getaway and was pleasantly surprised how well it worked out. It was comfy & toasty warm during 2 nights with frost. The carafe of hot coffee was perfect along with picking up some good eats from down the street @ The Creamery, recommended by Aliza. Even after the frost and her recommendation, I was still able to harvest some carrots & greens from her garden. The casita was clean & cozy with flannel sheets and lots of blankets. She was very quick to respond to questions I had being close by, yet the Casita still had plenty of privacy.

We loved the Casita! It's in a beautiful setting and is very cozy. I love tiny houses and was just giddy on arrival. The bed was super comfy and we loved watching movies from it. We enjoyed coffee in the garden and the hot shower. The Casita is nearby several super quaint Western Mass towns. Great food, shopping, farms, beautiful vistas, etc, etc. Will be telling all my friends and hopefully returning some day!

The Casita is as described small but efficient. There was a bowl of fresh cherry tomato’s upon enter the trailer. I thought there would be water in the fridge but not there. However, she brought hot water for my tea each morning. I also picked fresh basil, tomatoes,and eggplant that made a delicious dinner. The pictures are very accurate. Overall I would go back and stay. Thoughtful hosts.

First let me get this out of the way: this place is small. I’m a big guy and, if it had been any smaller it would have been uncomfortable to stay there for me. That said, the spot is beautiful, Aliza and Ric were the perfect mix of attentive and hands-off. They were there for everything I needed but not intrusive. I would certainly recommend the property to someone looking to sneak away.

Great time, pots and pans, warm hot tub, only complaint is there no direct lights for the tub.

Wonderful place, cozy, quiet area

Our stay here was such a great time. We had a larger group and Andy and Karrisa set up extra beds to make sure everyone had a place to sleep. We enjoyed being able to use Netflix and Youtube on the TV and use some of the many utensils for cooking. The house was fully stocked with anything you could need which was very useful for our group. This was such a great experience and we would definitely come back!

We had a fabulous time at Dina’s. The lake is gorgeous and clean and the area is fun with a lot to do and great places to eat and relax.

The house is better than in pictures! Once you get inside- it is stylish and has the loveliest porch and view. It’s off the beaten track and no WiFi so just know that and come for the beauty and the lake. We kayaked and it was beautiful.

This is our second stay at the cabin. We went in April and realized we had to come back so we could fully utilize the lake. I’m so happy we did. It was such a wonderful getaway for the family. It’s a perfect spot. We went swimming, boating, had a fire, made s’mores. It was our own little camp with our family. I can’t wait to go back!

The house is exactly as pictured. Very warm and welcoming feeling and clean. The views are fantastic from inside and outside of the house. The lake is quite and so pretty. The king size bed is soft and comfy. We enjoyed the direct access to the water and all the boats. We stayed in the spring and the weather was both warm and cold. The thermostat was easy to use and the windows easy to open and close so we were comfortable in the house the whole time. We would definitely come back again.

We loved this place. It was such a perfect family getaway. It was so perfect we ended up booking it again for summer so we could really utilize the lake. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. The three beds were perfect for my kids. We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday and we were surprised with a birthday balloon for her. Tala is a wonderful host!

Tala's home was a wonderful place to stay. The house is very clean and welcoming. Everything was as described in the listing. The kids loved the boats and staying right on the lake and they even enjoyed their break from TV and the internet. Jeff and Melany were very helpful and quick to respond to all of our inquires. We would definitely stay here again.

The Lake House is a wonderful place to stay. It’s larger than the pictures suggest and had everything our family needed. There were many special touches that made our stay easy and special. Tala is a warm excellent host who was very responsive. It was spectacular in the winter...I can only image the lake house in the summer. We are looking forward to staying again next year!

Very fun decorated space super close to Northampton! We also enjoyed that it was walking distance from a brewery.

We were only staying for one evening but Virginia's space was such a unique and fun spot to escape to! We loved the different levels of the space as well as all the quirky decorating touches :) The apartment is well equipped if you want to stay in and cook. The place was super clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome. Crazy high ceilings, cool industrial style. Master bed is very comfortable. Would definitely consider this place if you’re staying for multiple days. 10/10 would book again.

Beautiful place!

Virginia's place activates all my Northampton nostalgia. Interesting art, exposed brick walls, and a loft? I'm in love. Add to that Cooper's, the Freckled Fox, and Pie Bar around the corner, and you get perfection. Ginny was very communicative and helpful as we tried to pick out the best of her properties for our small get-together. I'd come back any day!

Loved this place! It is a beautiful, very comfortable place to stay. We were in town for a concert in Northampton and it was a a 6 minute drive to the venue. Virginia left great recommendations, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. I hope to come again!

Fantastic space!

Tim and Michelle were great hosts, very quick to respond and seamless check in process. Their house is big with ample room to hangout as a group and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

This is a great place. It lives up to the positive reviews it gets. Close to the action in downtown Northampton. Roomy and clean, heating system works great, as does the internet and tv. Clean with fully functioning kitchen. Safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here and would gladly come again.

Very nice place to stay!

This was our third or fourth stay at the railroad house. We love the quiet, the canal, the wood rooms and the trains.

The train can be a distraction or an attraction. I happen to like it.

Second stay and just as great!

This place is so great. We stayed here for 7 days while our bathroom was being remodeled and it was the perfect home away from home. It's really beautiful and cozy inside, with a great little sitting area by the turntable and hundreds of records. We drank wine and listened to Blondie and Merle Haggard and played board games on the rug. Everything is beautiful and cute and pleasant. The upstairs sleeping loft is so toasty warm and cozy, as is the gorgeous and clean little bathroom. The location is also excellent--you just pop down one block and you're in downtown Shelburne Falls, right by McCusker's (groceries) and all the restaurants/bars this little town has to offer. We also brought our dog and it is such a relief to know that there are cool places to stay in the area that allow pets. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this spot--this is our second time renting it and we will definitely be doing so again!

Randy and Pat have a wonderful AirBNB in Shelburne Falls. It is probably my favorite place to stay, and that’s saying a lot in a town with several great AirBNBs. I would recommend Randy and Pat’s place to anyone.

Pat and Randy's place was a cozy little place that was perfect for a weekend getaway. The turntable was a great experience to have and browsing the collection reminded us of bands we hadn't heard in years! The location was super ideal, less than 2 minute walk to get food, drinks and coffee! Can't wait to come back!

Kate and Kelly are wonderful hosts who greeted us after a long trip and made us feel right at home in Williamsburg. I wish all Airbnbs were like this!

This was our second time staying at Sarah’s over Thanksgiving weekend with family in Greenfield. We love this place,but especially Sarah who works hard and is so kind. The apartment is warm and welcoming, with everything you could want. We especially appreciate the lovely retro pink and black bathroom with tons of useful supplies, and a well-stocked kitchen. The apartment has a separate, private entrance up several outdoor staircases, so older folks or those who have trouble with stairs might be challenged.

She made us feel so comfortable and was happy to answer all of our questions about the awesome construction she had done herself on this great space. When we asked if we could stay for an additional night she responded quickly and positively, and her communication was always timely. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Karen's place was perfect for our needs. She was super responsive and addressed our questions. The ease of bringing luggage in and out was a benefit. The shower was strong and hot. The bed is cozy with loads of blankets and flannel sheets for these cold winter nights. The temperature was perfect inside. We were able to have breakfast each morning with coffee provided by Karen. If you are a short term renter as we were, the price was quite reasonable and I imagine for a long term stay, this apartment would be more than adequate. Thank you for a great stay Karen.

Karen has created a fabulous little studio perfect for 1 or 2 people in the lovely little village of Leeds. Close to the hilltowns for foliage viewing, and close to downtown for nights out or vacations to the region, this place works for a number of types of stays. The kitchen is beautifully renovated and her carpentry skills are evident. I would definitely recommend her space to others!

A pefect relaxing get-away that has everything you'd need and then some in a cozy and well decorated, well maintained cabin. Hope to come back soon!

The Little Blue Cabin on Hammond Pond is a beautiful home away from home. We came in from Washington, DC for a dear friend's wedding and were immediately taken in by the amazing view of the pond and the cozy, rustic cabin. It really is a beautiful little home and a wonderful retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. The screened-in porch is THE PLACE to be on a hot summer's day. The kitchen and bathroom are functional. The bedrooms are huge and beds are comfortable. Wonderful dining room table for family meals. We have an 8-month old and there was plenty of room for all of her baby gear including the pack 'n play, play mat, toys, high chair, changing pads, stroller, etc etc etc. The surrounding area is wonderful...I grew up in the area so I know the Williamsburg area well. Wonderful restaurants, bars, and lots of things to do. Very family friendly and lots of things to do if you are a nature, active-lifestyle person. Nunia was the most responsive host we have ever had on Airbnb. We communicated before, during, and after our stay and was helpful and lovely. She left wine, chocolate, and fresh coffee for us to enjoy. A wonderful host. We would absolutely stay again. 5 stars!

A picturesque lakeside retreat. Stunning views of the lake from the screened in porch. A perfect fall getaway! Very kid friendly too!

The cabin is secluded, quaint and lovely. The large backyard is great for families, has a large grill and is right on a big pond which was perfect for kayaking and swimming. There are many restaurants within a short drive. We also went whitewater rafting which was within a 30 minute drive. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect, and the owners could not have been more helpful. This is a wonderful place!!

This place was perfect for what we needed. I wish the weather had been a little warmer so we could enjoy the sunroom but the view was lovely in the morning regardless. The wifi is spotty so I suggest you bring a hotspot if you'll need it during your stay. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools. Nunia was very accommodating and nice!

The little blue cabin is lovely. We were greeted by fresh flowers, fluffy towels and chocolate. The house was clean with good seating and dining areas. The bed we slept in was comfortable. We were happy to see that Nunia added pictures of the screened in porch to her listing - we lived on it. Reclining on the large couch watching the water was so relaxing (no power boats allowed on the pond). They had great access for launching our kayaks. It's a sweet little pond for swimming or paddling. We hope to go back for a longer visit soon.

The Little Blue Cabin is everything you would expect about a lakeside cabin in the New England woods EXCEPT dampness, mold, spiders, and mice! It has a rustic feel while remaining clean and dry inside. There is a comfortable screen porch with direct views on the pond.The cabin appears to have been recently renovated: furnishings were comfortable, up-to-date bathroom fixtures, fresh paint. Nunia had put out fresh flowers and chocolate treats to welcome us. We would certainly recommend the Little Blue Cabin for those wishing to stay in the area.

It was enchanting! The lake is beautiful and the house is very relaxing. No WiFi meant a nice relaxing time and the data on our cell phones worked fine. The neighborhood and lake are quieter than Ashfield, where we’ve stayed before and we liked that. A sweet escape for me and kids. 😊

This is a great, cozy cabin right on the lake. We stayed here comfortably with 4 adults and a 6 month old baby, and would definitely come back again! It feels very remote but is not to far from fun in Northampton and Williamsburg, and is right next to the beautiful DAR state park. Robin and Carol were very helpful and made sure we had a great stay.

Linda`s house is amazing, it is huge, very special and the location is absolutely beautiful. We spent some wonderful days there, swimming in the lake, making bonfires, exploring the beautiful surroundings in the Berkshires and on Mt. Greylock and just relaxing. Great house, easy walk to the lake. Everything we needed and more

We stayed three nights at Linda’s cottage, and after a little trouble finding the place, settled right in. The cottage is something of a 1960-1970’s time capsule, with a lot of the decor from that time. It’s a totally unique property and we had a blast staying there. A little musty when we arrived, but opening windows and putting on a fan took care of it. We swam every day in Windsor Pond and used the cottage as a home base for traveling to/from MassMOCA. Beautiful, scenic drives. Linda was incredibly hospitable, accommodating and open to feedback.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Erin's carriage house, it exceeded our expectations. As many other reviews have mentioned, the muffins that Erin left for us in the morning were delicious, what a treat! There were also english muffins, juice, and lots of breakfast basics available in the kitchen. There is a gas heater that mimics a wood stove and it felt like coming home to a warm, lit fire in the fireplace. I cannot overstate how wonderfully cozy it made the space feel, especially after a long day of skiing. There are also a lot of nice, personal touches like artwork on the walls, children's toys and books, and a note with local recommendations. The space was very clean and had everything you might need. And the bedroom space is really large! My husband and I didn't need it but there is plenty of space for 4 people. We were in the area just to stay overnight so we could ski at Berkshire East the next day; the location was beautiful and perfect for us - just a quick 20 minutes to the mountain. We had a late arrival and Erin was very accommodating with the logistics of check in for us. She was also prompt and warm in all of our communication. On the way out we met Erin's husband, Kevin, who was lovely, as well. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the space! Thanks for everything, Erin and Kevin!

Erin's place is perfect for a quiet stay in Western Mass. We had a lovely dinner at Homestead in Northampton and fun winter nature walks near Mount Tom and the Saw Mill Hills Conservation area. And Mass MoCA. Erin left us sweet breakfast treats and the carriage house was warm and toasty for us, along with coffee, tea, milk and juice. It was our second time staying here and it's just a lovely, quiet home base to explore from. :)

My stay at erin’s place was wonderful! The apartment was clean, had everything you could possibly need, and the property was absolutely beautiful! Waking up and looking out onto the field in the mornings covered in snow was amazing! This location is everything! Especially if you’re here during the winter months like I was. And the host brings you a homemade breakfast item every morning (ie muffins, granola, cinnamon rolls) can’t recommend enough if you’re staying in the area!

Erin's place is a beautiful, sparkling clean, restful retreat! This cozy apartment feels like a hideaway in the woods and the baked treat that Erin delivered in the morning, pumpkin muffins, was a delicious touch. I definitely recommend this place wholeheartedly!

The house is set in the beautiful countryside, and at night there were a million incredible stars. It’s also conveniently located to every place I needed to be. The best of both worlds.
