Beautifully designed and incredibly well lit, with barrel vault ceilings. The building itself is protected as Slovak National Heritage. We offer a 64m2 sunny apartment located in the heart of the city, next to Michael’s Gate, a 3 min walk to the Main Square and 15 mins from the castle. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.
