Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

In our very quiet, renovated designer apartment (16sqm) with a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and separate access, kitchenette (NO stove or microwave available , sink in the bathroom), Smart TV, Telekom Entertain with replay function, Internet / WLAN 50GB (separate Ethernet connection available) and view into a park-like garden you live in the heart of Hildesheim. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

A cozy non-smoking apartment awaits you in Hildesheim's Südstadt. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a basically quiet 4-family house - but it is a normal house with everyday life in and around it.
