My 80 m² apartment with balcony can be used individually, whether 1-2 couples, the whole family or professionals. A fully equipped accommodation in a central location in HDH awaits you. The city center as well as shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance, as are the companies Hartmann and Voith (and many more). All areas are for your use only. The quiet neighborhood and green surroundings make the property an ideal place for work and relaxation.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

In the former hayloft, on the first floor, we have created a cosy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you can access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are available. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can be pushed together.
