A small, fantastically cozy house that is well-planned with kitchen, bathroom and loft where the bed is located. Proximity to everything Borlänge/Falun/Dalarna has to offer, with slalom in Romme Alpin in the winter, the nature paradise Gyllbergen winter/summer and Falu Mine, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are included, but you will have to make the beds and remove the linens before departure. The cottage needs to be cleaned before departure. You are welcome to ask questions and we are happy to help with tips for your stay!

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Dining area, kitchenette with sink, cupboard, coffee maker, microwave and stove. There is also a fridge and freezer. Bathroom with toilet and shower and adjacent sauna. South-facing veranda. Three-minute walk to the jetty by Lake Fryken where you can swim. Distance: Sunne Ski & Bike 14 km, Sommarland 6 km, Mårbacka 15 km, Rottneros Park 8.5 km, Theater 8.5 km, Golf course 8 km.

Enjoy the 200° water views and spend the days swimming or fishing from the private jetty with 2 kayaks available for use. Pick berries or mushrooms in the nearby forest or walk on beautiful trails. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. Newly-equipped house with its own bay and rowboat

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

On the enclosed porch, enjoy dinners from early spring to late fall, thanks to infrared heating. Inside, the fireplace is prepared for you to light, adding maximum coziness. Firewood is included! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside retreat. Enjoy a secluded stay with very few neighbors that are out of sight. The cabin sits 10 meters from the lake shore with a private dock. The lake is large and there is a row boat for guest usage. The cabin has one full bedroom and one spacious sleeping loft with two beds and additional storage space. It also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and access to a porch with a fantastic view.
