Cosy little appartment with parking place

The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Beautiful 4 bedroom apartment on the edge of the field. Quietly located on the edge of the Black Forest and only 6 minutes from the motorway. The apartment is freshly renovated and cozy. It takes about 1 hour to get to Lake Constance, and you can reach the beautiful Hohenzollern Castle in half an hour. Stuttgart is only 53 minutes away.
