NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

Good connection to the A94 (about 5 km), S-Bahn station Markt Schwaben about 12 km. Since we live here in rural areas, a rental car is definitely an advantage. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2017, located on the ground floor of our house, with separate entrance and private south terrace. Parking space available.
