This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.

Delightful DeLand two bedroom apartment

You will enjoy your stay here in this cute and cozy apartment. It has private parking and a private entrance into the apartment. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking. It is very close to downtown DeLand, Stetson University, and the DeLand airport. Wifi and cable TV. K-cup coffee, tea, creamers, and an assortment of sweeteners provided. There is an outdoor private porch right outside the kitchen and a small deck at the foot of the staircase.

A private home, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds in each, a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. Washer and dryer on premise. Ample parking in driveway. Small cement patio in back of the house, accessible through sliding glass door. Small kitchen with new appliances, kitchen table with 5 chairs. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) Clean, cozy two bedroom craftsman cottage just two blocks from downtown. Schur Haven is a great place to relax and connect with the history of Deland. It sleeps five in three beds, has parking for two cars, and has a great front porch. Cable and wifi are included along with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is small and basic, but has the essentials you'll need if you want to cook.
