Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed, full bath and a sitting area with a twin sleeper sofa. Located steps from Peacedale, 10 minutes to Fair Hill, 10 minutes to University Of Delaware, 20 minutes to Longwood Gardens, and 45 minutes to Philly! The J. Pyle House, built in 1844, is in the National Historic District of Kennett Square, PA. We are in the heart of walkable downtown Kennett Square and a quick 6 minute drive to Longwood Gardens. The townhome has been lovingly restored to reflect its mid-19th century roots, while providing an updated, cozy place to relax while visiting our quaint town. 45 min to the PHL airport, 25 min to Wilmington, DE, 25 min to West Chester University, 6 min to Longwood Gardens 15 min to Winterthur

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Short drive to train lines for explorers. Bellevue State Park 1 mile away with biking and hiking 27 miles of trails. Rockwood Museum & Brandywine Valley attractions all a short drive. This is the second floor with steeper narrower steps. A private entrance. There are window air conditioners in living room and bedroom. TV is basic with no cable (30+)channels. We look forward to making your stay enjoyable and comfortable

This cute 1 bedroom apartment is located at the HEART of our lovely town. Steps away from some of the most historic places in the entire United States. Come near the weekend and you can tour our informative museums and wayside exhibits while taking in the local culture. We are a close-knit town and are happy to show out-of-towners "the way". On days we are open enjoy a $15/day credit to our cafe next door. Please enjoy your stay! We are so sorry but no pets allowed.

The basement and one bedroom closet will not be accessible.
