Nautico is a bright and comfortable bolt-hole in peaceful Carbis Bay - yet just a 5 minute drive (or a 40 minute walk along the coast path) to the bustling harbour town & artist haven of St Ives. This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2022), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

West Barns annexe has mod cons such as a king size bed flat screen tv and it's own courtyard garden. Carbis Bay has to be one of the prettiest parts of Cornwall and on a glorious sunny day you could be mistaken for being abroad. Enjoy a day out exploring the many beautiful parts of Cornwall and come home to West Barns annexe to relax and unwind.

Perfect space for couples. One bedroom with king sized bed with the only shower room being en-suite to it. Can comfortably accommodates up to 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the living room (small double). With good local amenities, access into St Ives is really easy. Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Pets considered at extra £20 per stay, cost to be applied separately.

Kerensa is located on a peaceful, residential road and guests have sole use of the purpose built annexe, with private access, small garden patio and a designated driveway for parking one car. Owners, Karen and Brian, will happily provide suggestions for places to visit and dine, directions and help with any queries.
