Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Sägemühle Eschachthal Whg. Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into slumber for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved in particular by the reconditioned visible beams. The house is at 900m altitude, so the climate is a bit harsher, but still very sunny in the summer. Especially the location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer.

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)
