Enclosed on all sides, it's an ideal retreat without being “out of the world.” In the morning sun in front of the sacristei, in the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
