The apartment, not intended for people with limited mobility, is served by a private elevator, access through the basement allows full independence. Small pets are accepted free of charge upon request.

Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with storage, a bathroom and separate toilet. It is close to Rennes airport, the Parc des Expo, Bruz and is located in an enclosed and wooded park. You are in the heart of the Vallons de Bretagne on a green and undulating territory, halfway between Saint Malo and Vannes. La Vilaine passes by 800 meters at Boël, where you will find a nice mill, a restaurant, a creperie, very popular for their terrace.
