The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. Cleaning included. Comfortable trip!

Apartment with private entrance in quiet residential area on Sävastön. 5 minutes walk to Boden Business Park. About 3 miles from Luleå & 1 km from Boden with good bus connections to the both cities. The apartment is located directly adjacent to the golf course & close to nice natural areas. There is a possibility to stay up to 5 people then in a 120 cm bed, a sofa bed of 140 cm & an extra mattress on the floor. Private toilet/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Warm welcome!
