Cute, Clean studio apartment.

Super cute, completely renovated basement apartment. You can experience what it is like to live as a college student! Just a block away from the University gives you all of the amenities a college student gets. Plenty of restaurants and even a grocery store within walking distance to choose from. Enjoy a delicious bagel and coffee from a cute bagelry kitty corner from this apartment. Whether you're staying for one night or a month this apartment will accommodate all of your needs. There is a full kitchen stocked with dishes and coffee as well as a desk to accomplish any work you need to. My husband and I have enjoyed remodeling and furnishing this place and are eager to welcome guests😊 Thank you for your consideration.

Come enjoy a quick or long stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. It’s newly renovated with tons of natural light. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital , with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go.
