Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Lots of beautiful nature, fishing ponds, endless walking and cycling paths and nice restaurants nearby. The Punthuisje is a unique Aframe cabin completely renovated with natural materials and lots of luxury, including a private wellness garden. For an adventurous weekend away or a day and night in the middle of nature at Park Sonnevijver in Rekem - Belgium, close to Maastricht.

Modern comfort met vaatwasser, airconditioning, luxe ingerichte keuken en badkamer. Tegen een vergoeding (50 euro per verblijf) kunt u gebruik maken van de hot tub (eigen gebruik).

The quiet location directly by the forest, between the lakes Heidweiher, Borner See and Hariksee, invites you to numerous hiking tours, cycling tours and activities in the region. The Heidweiher is a natural lake swimming pool with a small beach, gastronomy and beer garden (please note rest days) within walking distance in a few minutes. Hof Busen Malibu is a house with a separate entrance and is located in a former agricultural business. There are two more apartments here that you can book on Airbnb for a long time: Hof Busen Loft and Hof Busen Farm House. Hof Busen Malibu is 80 square meters, newly renovated, with underfloor heating, guest toilet on the first floor, fully equipped kitchen and a large TV. A terrace that is equipped with garden furniture from spring onwards. And there are 2 bedrooms.
