This completely renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is nestled nicely in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood. It's 15 minutes from Downtown and 10 minutes from the Airport. Plenty of outdoor space. Relax on the patio, BBQ, or help yourself to juicy blackberries right off the vine (July-August)! There's plenty of parking, including space for RVs or other toys. ***Note: In March 2021 work was completed on the underground utilities. The yard is in recovery mode and can be a bit muddy if wet.

We are 15 minutes from the airport, downtown and the best shopping in Eagle and Boise. 550 sq./ft. mother-in-law quarters w/ private entrance and outdoor patio. Includes kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom and large closet. Great for business travelers and couples. The space will sleep four, but you will have to like each other.
