House in residence 2 minutes from the sea

It is a two-room apartment in a residence with many houses and a small square in the center with benches. It is a 2 minute walk to the sea. There is a small garden outside with a coffee table and an outdoor shower. Inside the living room there is a sofa bed, perfect for 2 children, bathroom with shower and double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside tables. There is air conditioning. No Wifi. No TV. The residence is very lively especially in the summer months, and is a 2-minute walk from the seafront and 5 minutes from downtown Brolo.

** We offer Breakfast - please ask us for further information ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna or the church of Tindari). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away. We offer homemade pizza as well (additional costs).
