Beautiful house with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. You can have total contact if that is a wish due to everything separately and its own entrance and key box. House is cleaned by us according to airb&B. rules ! Important due to uncertainty we can serve/make a breakfast but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pdpp.! The meadow across from the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced and the garden is not fenced.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

A detached, bright and spacious cottage for 1-4 people, e.g. for a family. The cottage has a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area and bedroom with double bed with adjoining bathroom. On the sleeping loft (accessible with a ladder) there are two mattresses for e.g. children from 4 years. The "older bedroom" is spacious enough for a baby cot. At the back a private terrace, at the front you overlook the property with loose poultry, flower pots and various seats.

A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated downstairs or cooled by an aircondioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in the winter. There may be an electric radiator. In short, enjoy in this beautiful environment. Not suitable for the disabled. Without breakfast.

I have completely adapted my former photo studio on the edge of the small village of Gariaar to offer you a comfortable and cozy stay. As mentioned, the studio is on the outskirts of the village and you are within a hundred passes between the meadows and the beautiful outdoor area. So there is plenty of opportunity to relax, or be sporty! The surroundings of Gelselaar offer plenty of opportunity to relax and/or visit museums and other forms of art and culture.

Near beautiful nature reserve "Stelkampsveld" located large vacation home. Only 2 km from the center of Ruurlo (Museum MORE, Ruurlo Castle, various cycling, mountain biking and hiking trails, open-air bath "de Meene" (saltwater bath), train station). Minimum rental 6 nights, no young people, no pets. Non-smoking. The house has an energy label A. Also (furnished) for rent for a longer period (price on application). Also read the house rule!

Diane is really a superhost. We felt at home right from the start. We were very warmly received and then had a tour. The cottage looked perfect and even had a BBQ as an extra addition that we were allowed to use extensively. Diane was able to help us perfectly with all questions and requests. The cottage also had an air conditioner which made the warm days very pleasant. All in all very satisfied and definitely a place I can recommend.

We had a great stay. Wonderful place in serene nature, great place and very clean. Can highly recommend!

We had a nice holiday week in this cottage! The fact that the weather was not always good was no obstacle. It is very nice, quiet, and we had a lot of (outside)space. Joanne was really friendly and thoughtful. Sweet that our daughter was allowed to cuddle with the horses! I can very much recommend staying here.

A well-equipped kitchen features black cabinetry and a wooden countertop. Appliances include a kettle and a coffee maker, alongside a gas stove and oven. The area is illuminated with under-cabinet lighting, enhancing functionality. A stainless steel sink is positioned by the window.

Nice vacation home, with all the comforts. Irene personally welcomed us and offered us a bottle of wine and chocolate. For our multi-day stay, there was plenty of kitchen linen and towels available. At the bungalow park Wolverwoud, within walking distance, we rented bicycles.

Amazing place to stay, Ruud was a flexible and gracious host. It’s a peaceful home in a neighborhood that gets quite dark at night so if you aren’t up for a starlight nature walk / treasure hunt check in during the daytime hours. Overall delightful, I hope to stay here again.
