We had a great night at the house. Everything was spotless and in perfect condition. Communication with Sandra was prompt and clear, she responded immediately to our inquiries. The only thing to improve is the temperature of the hot water, which came out intermittently between cold and hot. Even so, we recommend this place.

Excellent house, almost like new, with all the comforts to spend several days in the place. The plot is beautiful, the quality of the furniture, the beds, and the central heating it has are remarkable.

Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We traveled with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, just like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us flexible check-in and check-out, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With a direct descent to the lake within the same condominium, wonderful. We would definitely do it again!

The place is amazing, the house is super comfortable and equipped with everything. The location is ideal in the middle of Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt, if you want to visit both places. Viviana is super attentive and friendly, available for any need. We would definitely go back.

If you love nature and beautiful views, this is definitely a place for you. The house is comfortable, spacious, in a quiet place, with spectacular views. Perfect for resting, going for a walk, seeing nature. Tamara, apart from that, is an excellent host. She's really super attentive to what you need, she gives you tips, she helps you with everything, she has an excellent disposition. It's a 10/10 place to stay.

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very new, impeccably clean and tidy. The kitchen is well-equipped and also has basic items such as coffee, oil and salt, which is a great touch. In the bathrooms there was also soap and shampoo, something very practical for short stays. Parking at the door is very convenient, and the location, a few blocks from downtown, is ideal for walking and touring the area. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped: it has an electric heater, a coffee maker with coffee beans, an electric oven, ice, spices and everything you need to feel at home. We were able to enjoy lunch on the balcony, taking advantage of the sunny day, a real luxury. The place is very quiet, you don't hear any noise, ideal for resting. The hostess has been looking forward to making our stay pleasant. She provided everything we could need and was very kind. He even offered to light the fire on one day that rained a lot and lowered the temperature. The unit has everything you need. Everything was very clean. The kitchen/dining area looked somewhat bigger in the photos. In general, it's not too spacious but enough to spend a few days. We were very comfortable and recommend it to other guests.

Everything is perfect, Debora is very attentive and concerned, she always kept in touch to deliver relevant information. The apartment is the same as the photographs, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, very comfortable and is located about 15 minutes from downtown by car, in a very quiet, expeditious and easily accessible area. We traveled with family, it was an exceptional trip! Amazing facilities, the temperature of the house. The kitchen is super-equipped, and the stove area is really enjoyable! It is located on the shore of the lake, and you can walk to the shores down a path. We went with our dogs and the place's facilities made us feel safe to leave them outside, and for them to also enjoy the wonderful park. Infinite thanks Saul, the days we spent at Casa Aime were very cozy, we will be back!

Arturo and Fernanda's house in Frutillar is simply spectacular. Totally built in wood, it seems to float over Lake Llanquihue, offering a breathtaking view. Arturo and Fernanda's attention was impeccable, they took care of every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. The house is equipped with everything you need, as well as having a modern and carefully selected decor. The region is also fascinating, with lots of activities and places to discover, such as Lavanda Park, Frutillar, Puerto Varas and of course Lake Llanquihue. This place has it all: an amazing home, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Arturo and Fernanda. Highly recommend!
