Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We traveled with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, just like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us flexible check-in and check-out, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With a direct descent to the lake within the same condominium, wonderful. We would definitely do it again!

We are very happy with our stay, the cabin is fantastic, it is practically new, you only find the occasional insect but nothing much, it has a beautiful view, it is warm, it has direct access to the lake. It has large spaces between the cabins, which gives privacy, a design that does not disturb the neighbors. It had towels, a hairdryer, lots of kitchen utensils, and parking. I would say that the climb to enter could be improved, but it's not terrible either. I recommend it 100%.

Beautiful house, warm, it has everything that is described and more, it is practically new and implemented at the first level, all the bedding, kitchen utensils, towels, everything is perfect, the heating is with a wood-burning stove, very easy to use and keeps the house at a very good temperature, we never felt cold, we traveled with my 83-year-old mother and she felt super good, the floor is firm and without bumps, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped with good quality products, the environment is beautiful, all green, it is inside a condominium with remote control, less than 10 minutes from the center of Puerto Varas and less than 25 from Puerto Montt, it has direct access by route 5 and another by the internal road that connects Pto. Varas and Puerto Montt. Viviana the host is a sweetheart, too kind and nice, she is super attentive if you need something and responds very quickly, it is the best experience we have had on Airbnb, everything was perfect, we will definitely be back.

First I'll say If on my vacation they find me in the accommodation, leave me right there where I want to be... The place is spectacular. I don't think the photos show how spectacular the place is. In what part do you fall asleep with the view of all the volcanoes and also the awakening... Zero noise, it's too relaxing. Maria Elena was very concerned. I was there when there was a power outage throughout Chile, and she informed me about it right away. She was always concerned about everything, about how we were doing, and also tips on how to get around, where to go, what to do, etc. Simply Thanks a lot

The location of the place was helpful for accessing certain places in the city. It had a garage, as it is almost essential to have a vehicle to mobilize. The apartment was in very good condition and was just like the images posted. The attention was immediate and the city info was as well. Highly recommended.

Great place on the lake with direct kayak access available and beautiful garden for young and old. Really very nice and attentive owners. Very clean and very functional accommodation. Everything was perfect.

A 5-star experience in every way! The apartment was spotless, very clean, tidy and exactly as shown in the photos. But what really made the difference was the host's attention: always available, clear in his communication and very concerned with every detail. We traveled with my wife and our young children, and when they found out, they surprised us by leaving us coloring blocks. A simple gesture that says a lot! Definitely a place we'd go back to and absolutely recommend. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Everything was excellent. Very complete, comfortable and clean. Just as an improvement, I would mention that the parking area should be numbered because everyone left their car anywhere, and it is true that there is a little more light missing in the parking area, especially for people like me who have a hard time parking with little light. Excellent service, the landscape, the location and the cabin are wonderful. I will definitely be back!!

The place is beautiful, the owners were super friendly, we arrived late and they welcomed us with a fire ready and we could even leave a little after check out. The view is wonderful, the kitchen has everything you need.

Really beautiful, if you're looking for a place to rest and disconnect, this cabin is perfect, the river is right in front and it's surrounded by nature and farm animals, we loved it🐄🐖. Luis was very attentive to everything and his family too, they waited for us with a fire when we arrived and gave us firewood for the stay🤍.

Wow, what a wonderful place. We spent a very special 6 days at this amazing home. It has a great style and amenity including a washing/ drying machine not included in the description. We had a number of meals at home as we so enjoyed being there in the evening. Fire on and comfortable chairs, cosy bed and lovely place to see the stars. We had a lovely time watching Romana’s many chickens, her lovely dog and visiting black cat. As a 70 year old I found the step into the bath for the shower a little tricky so a warning for those with poor mobility. Romana gave us excellent help and advice on places to go, restaurants and sights. She was very responsive via WA and right next door. We really enjoyed talking with her - her English is good. I was worried that things would be closed over Easter but there was plenty open in Puerto Varas and nearby. Even on rainy days (not uncommon in this green area) we were happy by the fire. We loved the nearby Jumbo supermarket!

Everything was excellent! Pablo is super friendly and attentive. The place is dreamed. Ideal for couples. The location is beautiful but far from downtown, I don't recommend going without a car.

A beautiful place to enjoy a good rest and a beautiful view of the river. They make sure to light the fire pit every day. Communication with Leyla is very fluid and she is flexible in every way. We thought the place was very nice and it has everything you need for your stay. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

The two cabanas are of good quality, very comfortable and homely. The only thing I could recommend to the owners is to improve the places or furniture to leave things, if you go for a long stay it complicates the spaces a little especially with the refrigerator that is small to leave products. I definitely recommend the place to family and friends.
