Ideal for taking a stopover or visiting the beautiful villages around Ruffec. It has been fully renovated (decoration being finished). Free parking possible in the city center or on a street below.

Very good location on the Poitiers(50min), Angouleme(35min), Niort(1h),and Limoges(1h15). 3 minutes from all shops. 2 minutes ( by car ) from a pond with a snack in summer as well as a supervised swim. Also 2 minutes away is a restaurant (closed on Mondays) as well as a bakery and 2 grocery stores. Our home located in the countryside will bring you peace and quiet and a change of scenery.
