Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
