Alquiler temporal piso centro Sabadell. Céntrico de 1 habitación para 4 personas. A 5 min de estación Tren Renfe-30 Min Barcelona. Junto a Gran Vía (posible inconveniente: ruidoso en verano con ventanas abiertas) a 3 calles de Ramblas Sabadell y Ferrocarriles-40 min Barcelona. Cama doble en dormitorio-sofá cama 2 plazas en salón. No hay persianas, hay cortinas antiluz. Ropa de cama limpia pero no planchada. Desde el aeropuerto de Barcelona es difícil el acceso en transporte público (bus y tren)

Beautiful house & garden/ Preciosa casa con jardín

House with first quality finishes in all spaces, lounge carefully worked with modernist tiles made by Gaudí, kitchen Bulthaup, upstairs suite with rustic natural oak wood flooring, sleeping area with king-size bed, bathroom with original ceiling… It is a vintage house completely renovated with lots of light all day and with a large garden of 350 m2 to enjoy the relaxing area in the middle of the trees. Very close to the train station and only 15 minutes from Barcelona both by car and by train.

Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Alternatively, the city center is 20 minutes by car. Beach is 25 minutes by car.Car recommended. Nature, peaceful, beautiful sunsets.

Muy bien conectado con Barcelona, tanto en coche, como en tren. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable y relajada. Ideal para dos personas. Attractions: Collserola Natural Park near Barcelona. My place is located in the historic center of the city, near the train station (Renfe and Ferrocarriles ), with easy bus connections with Barcelona. My accommodation is good for couples, and business travelers . The apartment has a garden with a table and some chairs. There is the possibility of parking for 10 euros per day.
