Venez profiter du calme de la campagne limousine dans une agréable petite maison studio. Le logement comprend une kitchenette, une salle d’eau, une pièce avec un lit en 140 et un coin repas. La petite maison est chauffée avec un poêle à bois. Vous pourrez vous détendre sur la terrasse. La propriété dispose d’un grand jardin. La maison se situe à 12 km de l’autoroute A20 et à 30 min de Limoges. Pour les voyageurs à deux roues ( vélos, motos) je dispose d’une grange pour les mettre à l’abri.

Petit gîte ou cottage ‘’Gîte Concon Aux abords du Lac de Vassivière'', endroit familial, en amoureux ou entre amis. Endroit très reposant situé dans un hameau, un village vacances très agréable avec de nombreux chemins de randonnée et diverses activées à profiter autour du lac. ⚠️ Le ménage est compris dans le prix et donc pas de surprises. Les coûts 2024 ont augmenté pour les propriétaires et les locataires et je m’efforce de rester raisonnable pour rester accessible à tous 😌

La maison de l'etang est une maison typique du massif des Monédieres en pierre de taille. Au bout d'un petit hameau habité , environnée de bois , à coté d'un étang, donne à ce lieu magique une impression d'être en dehors du temps, un véritable havre de paix, de charme , d'authenticité et de silence. The cottage has one bedroom with a double & a single bed, there is a dormer window looking out over the orchard and up to the hills behind. Downstairs is kitchen, dining & sitting room areas off which is the bathroom which has a shower, lavatory & basin. We have a t.v. (french) and a good wifi signal.
