This wee gem is a newly and tastefully decorated semi detached house with enclosed garden, patio area, 3 bedrooms (two double and one single), a through lounge including dining area and a fitted kitchen. It is mega close to town centre, Royal County Down golf course and the beach (10 minutes on foot). It has parking, wi-fi, tv, DVD player, family board games, stereo, sound dock, coffee maker, new electric shower, open fire for cosy nights and bbq for summer. Absolutely everything you will need.

Close to main house with small kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster (no cooker/hob). Basic breakfast essentials will be left.Bread cereal tea bags coffee milk and butter.
