Cabin vacation rentals in Rowan County

It was beyond great me and my wife really love an enjoy it even tho it was jus for one day we had a complete blast jus the get away was amazing!!

I spent the weekend here to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed—the hosts truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The home itself far exceeded our expectations; it’s even more beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest. The location is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time. I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend getaway, me and my partner loved it and you will too!

We stayed at ’Tis So Sweet Cabin for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! The cabin was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The welcome guide made it easy to plan our time in the Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge area, with great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a special getaway. Highly recommend!

Neat little cabin with huge fenced in yard surrounded by mountains and woods. Very nice appliances in the kitchen especially the refrigerator. We ate most of our meals at the cabin. The place caters to dogs with bowls and bedding and dog food and treats! Gravel road leading to the cabin was not difficult to travel despite the rain. There are some loose dogs in the area but we had no problems even walking our dogs on the gravel road. A neighbor pointed out some trails through the woods which we are saving for our next trip. The shower door came off the rail but was quickly put back by Krystin's team.

This place was wonderful! Had everything we needed or could’ve asked for. We hauled our bikes down and stayed for an extended weekend to ride around the gorge, and it was perfect for us. (Bikers paved driveway) Thr isn’t anything I could think of to make it a better stay. Simply perfect for us. The host responded promptly, great WiFi, great location!

We found the location very beautiful. The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts took the extra step to make sure you had a good time with recommendations and snacks for when you arrive. We were also very charmed by the bear themed decor.

We loved our stay. It was clean and comfortable. In spite of loss of electricity due to a storm on the first night, the host contacted us to let us know where emergency lanterns and candkes were. We would definitely recommend.

The cabin was super easy to find and looked just like the pictures. The back deck was a great place to sit and relax at night and listen to the frogs in the pond. There were plenty of dishes and anything else you may need to cook. Brittany offered early check in and was super friendly! We had a great time.

Visited our son at Morehead State University. Spent a day hiking around Cave Run Lake and one just hanging out and playing games at the cabin and grilling. Perfect location and room to sleep the entire family. We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful quiet property with friendly hosts and access to multiple trails including waterfalls! Can’t wait to return and neither can our pups!

Liz & Mark were wonderful hosts that made us feel right at home. They took the time to stop by and introduce themselves and tell us helpful information about the property. We enjoyed several hikes that were a short walk from our cabin. There are some beautiful waterfalls and watering holes to explore! The photos don’t do this place justice — the 300+ acre farm is so serene!

WOW!!! If you want beautiful scenery and peace and quiet this is for you! I walked the road and a couple trails. Found 6 waterfalls! Peaceful creek! Stars galore! Bullfrog, owls and whippoorwills at night! Highly recommend! (Bathroom is shared). Even had cell service!Truly amazing! Follow her directions as it’s off the beaten path. Found it even at midnight the first time!!!

Me and fiancée absolutely loved our stay here. Liz was very communicative and responded quickly. The separated bathhouses was always spotless. The trails here are truly fun and both waterfalls was stunning. We felt very comfortable here without any hesitation. The “fun barn” has several things to do to keep you occupied for hours for free. Beautiful land, tons of wild life just roaming around by our cabins. Wow this place is amazing. Great job Liz. We will be back!!!

From check-in to check-out a great stay.

My wife and I along with our fur baby just spent four nights at this wonderful cabin tucked away down a quiet winding road. The cabin had all the amenities you would expect and more. It was clean and everything was labeled and easy to find. The decor was charming with a rustic with a modern feel. We enjoyed sitting on the covered deck porch hearing the babbling creek and seeing the humming birds. The host was friendly and easy to contact. We really hated to leave and hope to come back again.

I stayed at Stephanie's rental with my two children during a recent trip to the area and I would definitely stay again! The location is great; being minutes from multiple restaurants and downtown Morehead was great. The unit looks exactly as pictured. It's small, but it definitely doesn't feel small inside. My kids and I never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The interior was also super clean, well taken care of and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this unit if you're looking for someplace nice and convenient to stay in the area.

Perfect for everyone. Only a few short miles from town if you forgot something. Very close to tons of outdoor activities. Exceptional host. Definitely would recommend to anyone

As soon as we walked in, our first words were "oh wow!" There's a tree in the living room! Elizabeth's place is absolutely lovely, nestled in a beautiful setting. The cabin was spotless. We had a question during our stay and Elizabeth was immediately responsive and helpful. The ducks were a lot of fun during the stay! I had been worried about cell signal- we both have Verizon and while we did lose signal a few times in the cabin, we had it a vast majority of the time. On the way to the cabin we lost signal though, so I would recommend loading your route ahead of time.

This was our first AirBnB experience and I'm so thankful we went this route. Wado! Thank you in Cherokee!
