Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. To set our guests up for the day, we offer a selection of complementary, delicious, home baked pastries for breakfast. There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

Exceptionally lovely place in the heart of historic Canterbury. Whether you’re escaping the hustle and bustle of London for a weekend or planning a longer stay to soak up the charm of slow living, this is the perfect spot. Romy, Nick and the sweetest Marmaduke truly make you feel at home. The place is spotless, comfortable, peaceful, modern and cosy- just like a home from home. Their hospitality goes above and beyond: great recommendations, genuine care and the feeling of being truly welcomed as a guest. I wouldn’t just recommend staying here- I would encourage it. 🌟 P.S. I stayed here for three weeks, so you can definitely take my word for it!

Anne was a lovely host. I stayed for 5 days and went to a different show at the Canterbury Festival each evening. I worked from my room during the day & Anne kindly provided a desk & chair for me. The location was perfect for all the different venues I went to - only ever a 25 minute walk max 😊

Tímea has been the loveliest host. She's let me drop my bag early, was really reactive to messages and very friendly at home. The flat is beautiful, big bedroom with lots of space, soft bedsheets and very comfortable bed. The location is great, next to a beautiful park and so close to the station and town centre. The presence of the cute little Fuji is also a bonus for dog lovers as he'll happily come to you for some cuddles ! I would definitely book again and recommend it 100%

Perfect location, with a perfect host if you're coming to Canterbury. Quiet and spotlessly clean accommodation, with everything required for a short break. The host Fay, is always close at hand, but you only know she's there if you require something. If arriving by car, I suggest taking a little time to digest the directions provided. Then leave your vehicle in the carport provided, as everything is in close walking distance.

In order to find the house I needed to follow instructions from the host, otherwise it was a great stay. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and generous which made me feel at home.

Mikal's place was excellent for us to explore Kent. Her house was clean, easy to find and had everything we needed. We also had fun playing with Charlie the resident dog and Barley the bonus guest dog! We would highly recommend Mikal's place to anyone looking to visit Canterbury and the surrounding areas.

Highly recommended. This is a pleasant room in a spacious house with use of the well-equipped kitchen and living room. The location is just outside the city centre, yet very quiet, and all the facilities are within walking distance. Canterbury West station is a few hundred yards away.
