Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Klaus and his staff let us check in early and were super helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast is outstanding with a buffet fit for royalty and even made to cook eggs if you want them! The room was fantastic- super clean, private, quiet and had its own balcony with a babbling brook outside. The grounds of the place are gorgeous and encourage you to relax. It is outside of Salzburg but you can catch the bus only steps away and in 20 minutes you are in the center of the city. We also got free bus passes to ride! Please stay at this hidden gem.

Nice apartment well equipped. Short walk through a pedestrian tunnel to the historic district or hop on a bus which are very frequent and run to time. Quite area so practically no noise at night so got a good nights sleep. Good communication with the host. Detailed information folder in the apartment which was very useful.

This is perfect if you want to experience the old town of Salzburg, it is a very short walk away and you are in the middle of town. It is also a short walk to the Augustiner Brewery! It is very quiet at night and the river next to the room was quite calming. Everything was clean and prepared for us. We did not use the pool. We enjoyed our stay! Solveig and Thomas

Klaus is a very warm and kind host. He’s happy to help. The place is very cozy and warm, it’s like a 5 star hotel in a little and private village. The place and the furniture are great and full quality. The bed is really comfy, warm and restful. Also they include a really good breakfast.

Perfect location- far enough away from the activity to enjoy the quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants and Old Town in 10 minutes.

Very relaxed, the caretaker is super sweet 😄 The apartment is rustic but tidy and clean.

I like to stay at this place when driving from Germany to the south - right on the border with Austria, nice nature, good for walking with a dog, not far from the main highway but yet very quiet.

Everything is fine. Only the key boxes are a little hard to find and open in the dark.

Found it on accident, as I needed a stop on my motorcycle journey. The Danube is really pretty in the area and it’s possible to walk up and down a bit. The town is charming, there are nice roads nearby. The people were very very friendly and helpful, there is buffet in the evening for a price and breakfast that can be included with the stay. I saw some nice doggos so i’m sure pets can be arranged. It was exactly what I needed.

Communication with Gerhard was clear and he reacts almost immediately. Check-in was flexible, based on our agreement. Apartment was clean and looks like on the pictures. There was also amazing view from the balcony.

We found the apartment comfortable, spacious, and very centrally located. The beds were super comfortable, and having two bathrooms was nice. The front desk staff were accommodating and recommended us some restaurants (we liked Sterbrau and the beer garden opposite for traditional food & beer).

Only a one night stop over for business but everything was good

Very nice place; clean and friendly. Fast and uncomplicated communication. And the location right by Passau; great.

The room was spacious and beautiful the same as the photos. Everyone was kind and accommodating and we have recovered very much. This hotel has something special to offer, namely a free therapy taxi from the hotel to the spa and back, so you can easily get in the bathrobe and bath bag. Great, and we used it a lot. Everything is fine!!

I stayed at Hans’s place together with my 3 brothers, we were coming from a rock festival and Hans was the perfect host for as after our three day music journey. His house is amazing, super cosy and really like a museum of Hans’s own life. He was very kind to walk us through some parts of his family life, showing us century old skis, his imaging music room and telling us about life in Alps. The house itself is somewhat old and rusty, but just what you need for a stay in mountains. Those in need of modern amenities, you can expect is a village type of environment reminding you of true things in life ❤️ We absolutely loved staying with Hans and DANKE SCHÖN to Hans and Kathy, for an amazing hospitality. We will be back. Prost! 🇬🇪 🇩🇪

Patrik is a very good host! She answered all our questions and welcomed us with a warm heart. The place is in a very good location and there are plenty of opportunities for visitors. The day we spent there was also a very good mood!!

We were 2 adults and 1 baby for 4 nights. On request we got a high chair. We really liked the place, as in the description, you feel like you're at home. Lake Schliersee is within walking distance. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The hotel staff was very friendly, eager and accommodating. In the wellness area you could relax excellently, there is a hot tub, swimming pool with pleasant temperature, a relaxation room, sauna and steam room, everything you need. Towels, bathrobe and slippers will also be provided. We had a nice stay and can only recommend the place 👍🏼

Very tastefully furnished room. There were four of us (2 children) and we felt very comfortable. The buildings are really outdated, but the pool area, fitness and sauna are renovated and really good.

The property is 6km from Landshut center but is well connected. You can also go to the train station and from there take a train (Munich. Regensburg, Passau) There are several Asian restaurants/ takeaways as well as several supermarkets within walking distance. A swimming pool with sauna area is also within walking distance. The place is actually a hotel. Breakfast is unbeatable - cheap and lavish. The preparation team is super nice. We will be happy to come back!

Airport shuttle and breakfast was a reasonable price considering the room rate. Would go again, and highly recommend especially for layovers since its so close to airport.
