The house has been completely renovated; the high ceilings and exposed beams give it a loft-like character. Everything is new, bright, and modern. In the bathroom there is a walk-in glass shower.

Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts, you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony. Facilities such as a supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, space to relax next door. The Main is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful cities. Leisure: Bandkeramikmuseum, Jewish cemetery, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, thermal baths, wine villages on the Main loop.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building from 1909 with views of the rooftops of Schweinfurt's old town. In this 40 m² attic apartment with a converted gable and unobstructed views, you will immediately feel at home. It has everything you need for a longer stay or for temporary living. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

The quietly located first floor apartment is located on the edge of the Steigerwald, surrounded by vineyards. The very well-equipped apartment for two to four people offers a modern kitchen-living room, a bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed (140 × 200) as well as a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
