Only a few feet away from the beach and the city walls, this cosy and bright duplex is an ideal getaway for two. You will have to climb 4 flights of stairs but the view is worth the effort ! We have just renovated this home located in the heart of Paramé on the 2nd floor. Rochebonne Beach and the ST Malo seawall are 900 m away. It consists of a very bright living room with lounge and fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer) and a bedroom with bathroom-toilets (bath/shower). Nearby you will find all the shops and a bus stop. Free parking spots in the perpendicular street. Building under video surveillance.
